Interested applicants must hold an EOD Level 2 qualification in accordance with IMAS 09.30, or equivalent. In case of an equivalent, please provide proof of competence and curriculum of courses attended. Locally attended training and qualifications are acceptable if supporting evidence is provided mapping the training attended to the IMAS standards.

Interested applicants should have documented experience of 2 years managing the following activities: non-technical survey, clearance, BAC, and EOD/IEDD spot tasks is recommended.
Relevant mine action training, including IMAS EOD Level 3, is required

Interested applicants must have at least 5 years of proven experience in project management with 3 years of documented experience in humanitarian demining operations.  Experience in overseeing teams conducting clearance and/or IEDD operations is required.

Applicants are to have strong English language skills and must be physically and medically fit with the capability of working in the austere countries in which TDI operates.

Interested applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of cumulative work experience within the last 8 years and be fluent in English.
